Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 office days after we received your payment, not including special or custom made products that may take longer or where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 10am-6pm, not including holidays, pending payment authorization and verification.

- Product price 5,500 yen or less: 770 yen
- Product price 5,500 yen - 20,000 yen: 880 yen
- Product price 20,000 yen or more: Free

Standard delivery with EMS
- Product price 5,000 yen or less: 1,500 yen
- Product price 5,000 yen - 20,000 yen: 2,000 yen
- Product price 20,000 yen or more: 2,500 yen
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Products will be shipped from Japan, so it is written in Japanese Yen.
Outside Asia
Standard delivery with EMS
- Product price 5,000 yen or less: 3,500 yen
- Product price 5,000 yen - 20,000 yen: 4,500 yen

Products will be shipped from Japan, so it is written in Japanese Yen.
Taxes and duties are responsibility of the purchaser.
Products will ship directly from Japan by EMS.
PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
International orders may take longer due to customs formalities.
IMPORTANT
If a package is returned to Japan because the buyer did not claim the package, OCTOBER & MARCH does not send replacements.
